Terms & Conditions: Booking & Consultation

1. Booking & Payment

All consultations must be booked in advance through our online system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled time slot.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive on time. If you are running late, the consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the missed time will not be made up.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment will be deemed a "no-show" and canceled without a refund.

4. Scope of Consultation & Limitations

Informational Purpose: The consultation is an initial advisory and exploratory service designed to provide recommendations, spatial conceptual ideas, and horticultural or material suggestions based on site conditions observed at the time of the visit.

No Engineering or Legal Survey: Recommendations provided during the consultation do not constitute formal landscape architecture, structural engineering, boundary surveying, or legal property assessment. It is the client’s responsibility to verify property boundaries, easements, HOA covenants, and municipal codes.

No Ongoing Obligation: A consultation provides professional guidance for the scheduled session only and does not commit either party to a future service contract, installation project, or material supply agreement unless separately executed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during the consultation is strictly confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements.
